After a long illness, Val passed away peacefully at home with Pete at her side, aged 85.
Deeply loved wife and will be greatly missed by her loving husband Pete, who were married for 62 years.
Cherished mother of Mandy & Mike, loving mother-in-law of Geoff & Tammy, wonderful grandmother of Ben, Krissy, Jayme & Ryan and great grandmother of 6 great grandchildren.
A service was held for Val at St Leonard’s Anglican Church, 24 Matakana Valley Road Matakana, on Monday 18th August at 11am.
