A father to many, a devoted husband, a loving brother, a man of God, and a man with a heart of pure gold.
He put others first, even when it meant going out of his way.
He never let his children go to bed hungry, and would give the shirt off his back to provide for them.
He had a deep love for the ocean, for sailing, and for the sweet sound of his violin. He lived a life full of meaning, love, and adventure.
He leaves behind a large and loving family, and for that, we are forever grateful. Until we meet again, may he rest in peace in the arms of the Lord.

Peter was one of my closest friends for many years. I have fond memories of the many outdoors adventures we went on, often visiting little known and ancient sites along the coastline or in the bush. Outings in his 'homemade' boats were full of fun too. Peter was full of all sorts of knowledge, had great yarns to share, and yet was a very humble man whom I was privileged to be close to. You will be sorely missed my friend.
