Born in Te Aroha 26 December 1935
Peacefully won his final race at Kawakawa Hospital Northland at 12 noon Thursday 24 August.
So dearly loved and adored husband of Alma Jill (Nee Clark) for 65 years.
Devoted father and father in law of Mark and Melanie and Loraine and Warren Jones. 
Thank you Dad for your devotion and direction in our lives. "You were our Rock"
Unconditionally loved grandfather of Cameron and Demelza, Phillips and Rick, Vanessa, Patrick and Elley, and Sam. G-Dad of Mills, Emile and Tyde.
Brother and sister-in-law of Malcom and Erin, Kimberley and Nicola and Jackie Clark.
You will be sadly missed.Many special thanks to Murray's Rebel Surgeon. Dr Supershad, the dedicated Village Support Nurses of Kerikeri Retirement Home and the wonderfull staff at Kawakawa Hospital. Murray was loved by us all. At Murray's request there will be a family cremation, with a celebration of his life in Auckland at a later date.
