Peacefully on 20 November 2023, at Auckland Hospital, aged 95 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean. Father of Angela, Michael and Christine; Father-in-law of Sheryl. Cherished Grandad of Angel, Joshua, Ayla, Aisha, Joy, Aaron and Jack. Younger brother to much loved Daniel Brendan.

 "We knew the time was coming, when we must say goodbye. Our hearts are filled with sadness, but memories never die." Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Ignatius Church, 12 Kotiri Street, St Heliers on Saturday 25 November at 11am, followed by interment at Mangere Lawn Cemetery.
