On behalf of CCS Disability Action, we would like to extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences for the loss of June. June served on the CCS Central, then upon amalgamation, the South and Central Taranaki branch of CCS Disability Action Governance, for many years. In her time on our committee June was not only a member, but a Chairperson, Co-Chair and a great friend to many. June was awarded Life Membership for her dedication and commitment to our service and the people we support. June was a strong advocate for disabled people ensuring their voices were heard and any barriers to accessing community were addressed. We fondly remember June chatting in the car when traveling to and from meetings, about her family & friends and her beloved garden and crafts, all of which were very dear to her heart. RIP June, you will be missed. Sincere regards Ralph, Neil, Ali and the Taranaki team.
