Cousin Des A lovely service to send you on your Journey! Peace be with!
All the best Uncle Des, I had hoped we would get to Ride together some day but that was not to be. I sent many photos and letters about my travels from the very top to the very bottom of this country on your bike that you gave to me, I know you enjoyed my tales of adventure from home. In all those nine thousand miles we never slipped fell or failed despite sometimes appalling conditions, we even punched through Cyclone Gabrielle to get home on 13th of Feb, I did hear your advice to stay south but foolishly ignored it. I hoped and expected you would have more time, I have almost finished my book (nine thousand words – 90 pages) on my Burt Munro 2023 journey, will be sure to get you a copy (finished or not) for your final journey, even if it is on four wheels. Biker Prayer “Biker Angel be my guide as I climb upon my scoot to ride. Let your halo guide the way and keep me safe from harm today. Let your wings provide me the wind and air and send it coursing through my hair. Find for me a sunny place and let it shine upon my face” Aaron
Got me two wheels and i seek refuge in aluminium and steel . It takes me out there for just a little while and the years fall away with every mile Rest in peace brother
