WARNER Kerry

After 86 wonderful years, Kerry passed away peacefully at Bethany Hill Dementia Home, Whangateau, on Saturday 2 December 2023.

Hugely missed by his wife Carol and daughters Vikki, Sharon and their families.

Thanks to the staff at Bethany Hill for all their care.

A private cremation has been held.

Kerry's wishes were for a private family Remembrance Celebration of his life.

Friends were invited to join the family in celebrating his life on Saturday 23 December at his Point Wells home. This was followed by a private family function.

So grateful for everything Kerry has done for me. I will always treasure the adventures we had and the life lessons he taught me. Kerry was the most loving person, he cared so much for his family and friends. Missing him so much.

We met Kerry and Carol when we were looking for a second home in New Zealand. We bought the home Kerry built on Ardern Ave. We became very close friends when we moved there a year later. We have many memories of sail boat outings, laughter and enjoying each others company. Even when we moved back to the States we have kept a close relationship through trips and video calls. We give our love to Carol and know she has so many great memories of their life together. Kerry had a favorite saying that also describes him to us, he was “AS GOOD AS GOLD”. Keith and Carolyn Goode

Sending much love to Carol and all of the family. Kerry was a lovely, sweet client with a gentle personality. Fond memories of missing hearing aids and the conversations (and chuckles) we had. I'm so sorry for your loss as I can see he is so loved and will be dearly missed xxx

My dear Poppa. You will be greatly missed. You were a hard worker, gave the best cuddles and kisses and always up for an adventure. I love you so much xx

One of the best things about Kerry is that he adored Carol....and small fluffy bum dogs
