Ross I would like to say thank you for being there for me as a woman in a male's industry - you helped me be the greatest i could be in our trade, your guidance was so caring as a brother to a sister, you came into our lives before i came into the security industry through our families connecting out west Auckland. All i can see is our ross around the pool table in our games room, laughing and having a ball winning against mum. Then i saw you at Chubb as one of my customers in our trade, There the wings started to guide me and know more of our products in our trade tests from you were given. stand up Carla you can do this, nail it mate, if anyone can it's You, you said to me. inspiring words you left in my heart. You always looked out for me and my family and there is so many of us around NZ right now that will take a moment to remember our ross with a loss in our hearts of you have gone from this earth. you always cracked me up how straight up you were and that west Auckland shining through say it how it is.
