Dear Bill Affectionately known as 'Uncle Bill', you were always a great confidant and friend. Although we met through Brian, it was you who had a hand in Brian and me getting together, and for that I am SO grateful. When life got rough, you were a soft place to fall. You always had a listening ear, words of encouragement and something to make me laugh. And oh, how we loved to laugh. With so many treasured memories you'll never be forgotten. Well my friend Bill, you’re now in glory, no more pain, no more sorrow, no more tears and reunited with all those who went before you including your mate Brian. I could envy the glory you now live in my friend … as Jesus promised … all who chose Him, despite your weakness’s and failings, His promises remained true to His word, “If you believe He died for you then that’s the key to heavens open doorway”. Looking forward to my time, when it comes, and continuing our friendship in new bodies that will never grow old. RIP my very friendly old friend.........Affectionately known to us as "Foodbank Bill" our relationship goes way back to 1996 when Bill found the home of Dilmah Tea here in NZ & started to supply tea to people in need. I would often look forward to his visits as we would chat for a while as he was never short of an idea or 2.......a very worldly & wise man.........you will be missed kind sir :-( Condolences to the family - God Bless.
