Kimi, my beautiful friend. My heart aches for the loss of such a fierce, determined, talented, generous, thoughtful and gorgeous soul taken far too soon. In 29 short years you have achieved so much. You have consistently shown up for, and looked after, your family. You have grown a beautiful, loving, loyal and ever-supportive partnership with Matt. On the football field, I looked to you for your guidance, your grit, and your gumption. Those qualities also extended to so many other parts of your life, including the passion you showed for supporting young girls and women to find their self worth and place in the world through marching and football. Off the field, your warmth and energy, coupled with that photogenic, cheeky grin meant I was always so delighted to see you. I feel so much gratitude to have shared your company and your conversation and so, so very sad that I can do so no longer. Thank you for sharing your cancer journey with me. It was an absolute privilege to hear how you were navigating this trial in your life. The fortitude you showed in the face of such an awful disease, which has robbed you of the long life you deserved, was nothing short of admirable. To Lesa, Dean, Amy, Tori, Tammy and Lucas, I am so sorry for the loss of such an extraordinary daughter and sister. Matt, no words or sentiments will ease the pain you feel. How you have honoured Kimi in life and in her farewell is a testament to you and the love you both shared. Kimi, may you rest easy now my friend. Knowing you though, you’ll be as busy a Bee as ever in whatever realm you now dwell. Love you sweet, smiley girl xx
Our condolences to all of Kim's family. Kim, you have been an inspiration & a role model to the players you have coached. You will live on in the hearts you have guided, and will always be remembered by your rep players. And their parents who are grateful for the time you gave to our daughters x

Heartfelt condolences to your family, friends, and loved ones. Rest in love and peace. Andrew, Sandra, Lacey, Ruby, Joshua & Caleb 🤍
Kim you will be missed dearly by the family. Aaron has so many fond memories of you from younger years in NZ on trips to Taranaki. The amazing amount of people at your funeral is testament to the positive impact you had on so many peoples lives around you. We will remember you always, especially when our boys play soccer.. I mean football.
Kimbaley did so much amazing work supporting football in Taranaki, playing and coaching senior teams, FTC teams and more recently coaching an U12 girls team, many of whom wanted to wear their shirts today to show much they loved and adored you. She was an absolute diamond, always helpful and encouraging. I am proud to have known such a special and passionate person involved with our football. Her legacy will live on through all the young players she inspired. Thank you for everything Kim. RIP
Your family gave you an incredible send-off today and it was so apparent by the amount of people in the room how phenomenal of a human you were and how many lives you touched along the way. You loved our brother so, so beautifully for all those years and we'll be eternally grateful for such a precious gift. X

New Plymouth Rangers AFC would like to pass on the deepest condolences to the family of Club Member Kimbaley Pearce who sadly passed away Saturday. It’s taken us some time to find the words, losing someone too soon. Kim has had a long fight but has always kept positive around the football club. Kim was committed to helping, supporting & nuturing the younger members at the club. A mother like figure to the young and to some of the older members in need of guidance. You will always be remembered for your support and commitment to others well beyond your young life.
Kimi. No words can describe the loss that you will leave. You fought so valiantly in health and in illness for the life you wanted to have. Thankyou forever, for choosing to share your life with us. The hugs on the soccer fields, the messages and texts were always appreciated and will never be forgotten. You will love on in all of our hearts and forever remain in our minds and hearts.
