Shayne passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Christchurch Hospital. Loved son of Jeanette and Graham Clark and the late Andy Forrester. Loved brother to Katrina and Colin, Ritchie and Wendy, Brooke and Glenn, and Rusty. Loved father of Amanda, Uncle, Cousin and Brother to many.

A service honouring his life will be held at Northbrook Chapel, Spark Lane, Rangiora at 3pm on Thursday 14th of December. Shayne’s casket will be open for visitors from 2pm.

The family would like to recognise the excellent care Shayne received from the team on Ward 5B at Christchurch Public Hospital. Messages to the family C/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the service to contribute to the costs of the funeral. Any excess will be donated to PARS Christchurch.
