You will be incredibly missed Sammy. You have left an incredibly huge hole, far too soon in so many communities, groups and peoples lives. You were so influential and an absolute pillar in the early days of my studies and career as a paramedic. Thank you for your positive, happy go lucky attitude guided by huge amounts of wisdom and knowledge. Shine on from above mate, absolute legend x.

Sammy, I’ve known you for five and a half years, not as long as others but it feels like I’ve known you my entire life. You are a special kind of guy and I knew I had ‘lucked in’ when you were introduced to work with me on the response car out of Bournemouth Ambulance station. A smile bigger than mine? Impossible!! You were happy, cheeky and always up for a laugh. A friend, a colleague and a crew mate, but in all truthfulness I saw you as a younger brother. You helped save countless lives when you were over here and you made me very proud to work alongside you. I am thinking of all your family and friends today, but especially you. You will always be in my thoughts mate. I will miss our laughs and chats over the internet. We will meet again one day, I guarantee it. Sleep well smiler. Lots of love Gary ❤️ xx

Sam my good friend we had great times you were the life and sole of any party and you always made people laugh with your infectious smile and amazing sense of humour. I feel honoured to have been your friend and will always remember our shifts on the ambulance here in the UK. I remember Las Vegas and our funny times out there you even made the Americans laugh. Sam sleep well lots of love mumford xxxxx
