Peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital, Tangata passed away surronded by his loving family on Monday 18th December 2023, aged 68 years.

Son of Auru Enua-O-Avaiki and Nioputa Ngatungane Tairea (Both Dec)

Dearly loved by all his family and friends.

“I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith”.

A service for Blackie will be held at the Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North on Friday 22nd December at 10:30am, followed by his interment at Kelvin Grove Cemetery.
