Passed away peacefully at her home with her husband Vijay Anand ,Son Binni Anand, daughter in law Shivani Anand ,grandchildren Sameer and Saanvi,and her sister Veena Suri all by her side.
She has a son in India, Ashok Anand and daughter in law Shilpi Anand, and grandchildren Kushagra and Pragnya who were able to video call before she passed.
