Went to heaven peacefully aged 90 on December 30th 2023. Preceded in death by Vernon George her much loved husband of 62 years, beloved parents Harry and Adelaide Vaughan, and brother Keith. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Bruce (Tremain), David and Mary, Grant and Monique, Ian and Janine. Remembered for her generosity and prayerfulness towards nine beloved grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Loved like a sister by cousin Janice Pont. Extraordinary care provided by the staff at Patrick Ferry House. A faithful member of The Salvation Army, Mum was Promoted to Glory and her life will be celebrated in a service at New Lynn Corps, 32 Delta Ave New Lynn, on Saturday, January 6th, at 1:00pm.
