Derisley Peter Manson (Peter).
Peacefully in Rotorua Hospital on December 28th, 2023 with his daughter by his side. Beloved husband of Pauline for 70 years. Loved father of Derek (deceased) and Elizabeth. Treasured grandfather of Matthew, Emily, Isabella and Henry.
The funeral service will be held in the Osbornes Funeral Directors Chapel, 197 Old Taupo Road, Rotorua on Friday, January 5th at 2pm.

Peter and Pauline are Founding Donors of the Rotorua Community Fund proudly managed by the Geyser Community Foundation. Thank you for your generosity, which will support local causes year on year, forever.
Peter and I met when I started work at Direct Transport in 1978. We became friends as well as colleagues and that friendship has lasted for 45 years. Whenever I revisited Rotorua, Peter and Pauline always warmly welcomed me into their home. Peter was a kind and thoughtful person with a great sense of humour. He was a wonderful person to know and I will always remember him with affection. Please accept the sincere condolences of both myself and my husband Ian.
