MURPHY. Philip Francis,
Passed away at home on the 2nd of January 2024 aged 83 years.
Loved husband and best friend of 56 years to Joan.
Much loved father and father in law of John, Paul and Reta, Susan and Richard, Daniel and Anne.
A very proud Pop to Sinead and Sam, Grace, Neta, Ella, Fergus, Keira, Liam, Archie, Nina, Eva and Maggie.
A service will be held at St Thomas More Church, 17 Gloucester Road, Mount Maunganui at 10.30am on Monday 8th January 2024.

Phillip has been a super uncle to all of his family , and a wonderful brother . Mum has so many stories of how kind , giving and selfless he has been in helping his sisters, ensuring they had lovely outings , support and care. What a legend and he will be so missed . I’m so sad to hear of Phillip’s passing -Thinking of you all at this sad time. I’ll always have very fond memorise of our gentle uncle and Mums little brother.
