Tributes

Ronnie, you were my boss, my mentor, you stood by me during some tough times, but most of all you were my friend. Your service just now was me getting to meet all the people that you so often spoke of. Not that any of you need to be told this but "she so loved you all". I will miss our chats and that I never got to see you at your place at the beach. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. To Brian, Dion, Ronnie's siblings and families treasure your memories, she was 1 very special lady. To Ronnie - thank you my dear friend. And as we used to I shall have a glass of Chardonnay in your honour on Friday at 4.30pm, just like we used to. Rest in peace.

To my dear aunty and god mother, I wish I was there to say goodbye, I have so many fond memories of us together from my childhood, from the aunty who shared the same taste in makeup and perfume with me, who gave my my first makeup, all the times you and Brian were there to pick me up from the airport and have me at your lovely home in Auckland playing chess, having a home cooked meal or going out for a fancy dinner and wine:) The list of memories with you could go on and on forever and I could not be more grateful for all the time we got to spend together and everything you have done for me over the course of my life, things I will hold close to my heart forever. I love you aunty, you will be the best guardian angel to our family until we get to see you again🤍 To my Fraider/ Ware / Greene whānau Hold each other closer and a little tighter, celebrate my aunty with her favourite wine and fine dining we all know she loved, I miss you all and I love you. See you soon!

Dion, Brian and the Fraider families. I am feeling your pain at this sad time. Being the only person I have ever known from Auckland Ronnie’s place was always our airport hotel. With great hospitality, million dollar views and a ride to the airport. One thing we didn’t need was an alarm clock. The ginger cat Maverick took care of that. And I know she enjoyed escaping the rat race of Auckland and taking time out in Tauranga. There was always plenty of seafood and beverages to be enjoyed. Ronnie was Danika’s godmother because she was the person Tracey and I trusted and knew would be a great role model for Danika. I have plenty of memories stored of times spent with Ronnie. You will be missed. Tony
