Passed away peacefully at Kaitaia hospital on Tuesday 9th January 2024, surrounded by his whanau. A service will be held at Geards Funerals in the whanau room on Wednesday 10th January at 1pm, before he makes his journey to lay in state at Matihetihe Marae, Mitimiti. Whanau will advise of the nehu details when they are available, and we will update accordingly.
