With great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our father, George, in the early hours of Wednesday morning 10 January 2024, aged 98. Dearly loved husband of the late Muriel. Loving father of the late Michael and wife Heather, Dianne and the late Lindsay Morton, Margaret and Keith Mays and Eric. Wonderful granddad and great granddad to 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A celebration of George's life will be held at the Manukau Memorial Gardens Chapel, 361 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe on Wednesday 17 January at 1.00 pm. We would like to thank the staff at Ambridge Rose Manor for the level of care and love they showed towards Dad. In lieu of flowers, donation to St John Ambulance would be appreciated.
