Todays service was so nice, he would have been so proud of you three girls. Lex was the best. I have so many good memories of him from our teenage years. Kim and I have been besties since we were 11 so I basically spent half my time at the Taylor household. All the sleepovers and summer days by the pool where me and Kimmi would get absolutely scorched in the sun and complain for days about the amount of pain we were in . The loud music blaring from his study where he would pop his head in just to say “Hey dudes, whats up?” I’d walk in the front door and he would great me with one of his odd but funny greetings, asking what i was doing back again even though he loved my visits, really…! We always got on because i have a pretty odd sense of humor too. Then us girls grew up and got married, both had Fiji weddings and Lex was there for both. Lex filmed our ceremony only to discover he had actually been filming himself the entire time, bloody funny… the thought was there anyway! You were a big part of my life Lex and you will be so missed but it’s a lovely thought that you will now be with your boy again and in no more pain. From Lauren xoxox
So sorry I couldn't be there today for your send off Lex. I didn't know you for long, but your humpur and cheeky grin and laugh will never be forgotten. You brightened some very dark days for me, and were a pleasure to care for. Your legacy is your beautiful family, who I had the pleasure of spending time with. Much love to you all, fly high Lex ❤️
We will miss Lex so much from our lives. His humour his smile his words of advice, ability to talk for seemingly hours with steve ! His competence his laugh …… all these things we took for granted until we couldnt…. A good kiwi bloke ! Thanks for being such a great mate Lex xxxxxx
You will always be in my thoughts. Take extra special care of each other. Karen Hunter
To Debbie Kristin Kim and family My deepest sympathy and condolences to you all for the loss of your Husband , Father and Grandfather Those we love can never be more than a thought away…for as long as there’s a memory, they live in our hearts to stay.
