My condolences to Robert and Judith and the entire Brown family for your loss of Nola. I was fortunate enough to have met Nola and Peter years ago when I came to visit Judith. I have wonderful memories on the farm and the hospitality that was shown to me to ensure I had the full NZ experience. Dave and Diane Bower
Condolences to Nola’s family. Through Floral Art I had the pleasure of watching and learning from Nola her many skills with floral art. She was an amazing knowledgeable teacher and always gave freely her time to share her knowledge plus plant material. Rest in Peace dear lady.
Sincere condolences to Judith, Robert and Jane and family. I first met Nola and Peter, in 1967, when I worked at the ANZ Bank, Eltham, when John Cleeve was the Manager. Nola and I became friends and when I moved to Northland in 1972 Nola always kept in touch. I always appreciated her letters and phone calls wanting to know about our family. I visited her when I could, while visiting relatives in Taranaki. Nola was an amazing florist and gardner and a very precious friend. Thinking of you all. Kindest regards Hugh and Ruth McKenzie (Sulzberger) Whangarei

Fondly remembered “Aunty Nola” I have many happy memories of baking gingerbread men bikkis, making floral arrangements with flowers from the amazing garden and even winning prizes with my efforts .. which was very closely supervised! The swims in the pool and dropped home by Uncle Peter after tea. Much love to all of the Brown family xx
Nola was also a neighbour in Merrilands and we shared visits. A lovely talented lady with her garden and floral work.

Nola was a founding member of Taranaki Floral Art and her willingness to share her knowledge and talent for arranging flowers is remembered with love.
Was sad to read of Nola's passing as we had known each other for many years. Nola helped me run the Hockey Reunion in Eltham where we had David Paige as the Guest Speaker. She shared her love of gardening with my late wife Irene and swapping plants was par for the course. Nola was a good farmers wife. RIP. My sincere condolences to the family.
Sending our condolences to all the family - Nola spent many happy years organising & arranging flowers for our office desks at Eltham Travel. She was always happy to have a chat and we often heard proud stories about her grandchildren and what they were up to. I'm sure she will be very happy arranging flowers in the beautiful gardens in heaven. Rest in peace Nola.
