Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday 18th January, aged 77 years old.
Dearly loved wife of Theo. Loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Samantha, Stuart and Wendy, and Anna. Loved Grandma of Theo, Vita, Bree, Alex and Sarah.
Special thanks to the medical professionals who have cared for Jan over the last 4 years. We have appreciated your care and expertise.
