Mum, Pat & Granny. Like your wonderful baking, you were always a loving constant to us all. You will be remembered by us and all, forever for your love, kindness and generosity. We cherished you and will forever continue to, and like the suns light and warmth you will always be felt from afar. When good things happen, we will think of you, smile, and know just somehow, you had a part to play in it. Much of you continues in us, as we carry on with enormous pride, your great will installed in us to do good in the world. You will always be with us. We look forward to some fun ribbing laughs and a game or two of cribbage (so we can settle the score) when we meet again. Love always, your son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter (Neil, Katrine & Zoe) XXXX.

Aunty Pat was an amazing woman! Alot of great memories of her from my childhood such as her teaching me to swim! She will be sorely missed. Love and condolences to Uncle Paul, Neil, Lizzie and the extended family. Sorry we couldn’t be there today but will be watching the live stream.

Pat was a very special woman and blessing to this world, especially to me and my young family when she and Paul lived close by in Lower Hutt. She displayed and stored up things of Eternal Value; Love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Gal 5:22-23) Plus she was a fabulous baker! I will miss visiting her, but am comforted in the knowledge that we'll meet again in heaven, (where I can certainly imagine her partying now!) My heartfelt sympathy to Paul, Neil, Lizzie & Zoe in your huge loss.

Dearest Aunty Pat, How incredibly special it has been to have an Aunty who is a twin sister of my Mum. So many memories, growing up and into adulthood, of times the Hall family and the Gellatly family have had together, Mum and Pat like two peas in a pod - laughing and talking and hardly being able to tell them apart. And since Mum passed away, I have been so fortunate to have more wonderful memories of you Pat, together with Paul, in Australia, New Zealand and even in Germany. Your joy and cheer, peace and contentment in life, and unwavering faith has been a true inspiration for me. You gave me so much strength when you and Paul visited me in Germany, not long after Mum and passed away. You have touched so many lives with this strength and inspiration. It is a wonderful thought of you, Mum, Gordon and Derek all being together now. Thank you so much Pat. Love to Paul, Neil and Liz, Brad, Katrine and Zoe. Kate

Dear Pat you were a wonderful friend and I have so many memories of times spent. Your faith and beliefs followed through every part of your life and were an inspiration to so many. My love to Paul, Neil Liz and Zoe at this time. I know you are with your Lord and will be watching down over us all. You can now rest in peace Pat, you fought a long battle but never wavered in your faith and your love for everyone. So sorry can't be there today Rhonda

To my much loved Aunty Pat, Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of you (and Jane) helping me get up to mischief in the woods in Ovingdean - no doubt being told off by my Mum when I came home covered in mud, chalk and various foliage! Also, those long summer holidays in Cwmbran visiting Welsh castles, the spectacular Gower coast, holding new born lambs and the swimming pool at Ponypool. The holidays to the Isle of Wight. Visiting you in Hampshire eating endless bowls of raspberries to the point where I can't go near a raspberry now! You have been such an inspiration for me throughout my childhood but that pales into insignificance when I think of how strong and inspirational you have been in recent years, always with a beautiful smile on your face. I feel so privileged to have been able to visit you in New Zealand on a couple of occasions and I will treasure all of these happy memories going forward - thank you. All of my love and thoughts go out to Paul, Liz, Neil and the family. Chris

Dear Pat, We we’re friends for many years, and even though we didn’t live close most of the time we always kept in touch, and enjoyed the holidays we shared together with you and Paul. You were a wonderful person and will be sadly missed by the many people you met on life’s journey. You will always have a special place in our hearts. Our love is with Paul, and family at such a sad time. GOD BLESS JANET AND KEN Australia

My dear friend Pat, a very precious good friend for 70 years ! I think back and remember the good times we had together (and with dear Jane her twin ) as kids pretending to be horses and jumping over our little homemade hurdles!! Sunny days walking over the downs to the beach and ice cream before coming home. Pat moved with her family to Cuckfield, but we always kept in touch. On my wedding day Pat and Jane were my bridesmaids. Pat has always had a very special place in my heart ( and Jane) Although separated by distance we always kept in touch . I shall miss phoning her. I shall miss her friendship so much But I have a joy in my heart that I know Pat is with the Lord Jesus in heaven and one day I shall see her again. I myself became a committed Christian when I was 32 and prayed for Pat and Jane that they would find Jesus. very soon afterwards I heard from Jane in Australia that she had become a committed Christian, and not long after Pat also and I believe God used her in many ways especially in ministry in groups in her church . Pat was special . And my life has been blessed from knowing her. Until we meet again ❤️ Catriona❤️

To my special and much loved sister Pat. My eyes are full of tears as no more visits to each other or long distance chats on the phone. However, I have a mind full of joyous and happy memories and will hold on to those until we meet again in the Lord. How blessed I have been to have had such a wonderful and caring sister. Love always, Sue.
