Passed away at home on 29 August 2025. Beloved husband of Marianne. Much-loved brother and brother-in-law of Christine and Martin, Sue and Basil, Bob and Susan, Judy and Ron, and Carol. Loved uncle and great-uncle. A friend to all. A shining light, full of God’s grace. Strong and courageous to the end.
Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Tauranga Hospital Stroke Unit and Waipuna Hospice.
A service to celebrate Ian’s life will be held at Legacy Tauranga, 383 Pyes Pā Road, Tauranga, on Thursday, 4 September at 2.30 pm.
