With the heaviest hearts, we announce that Joy, aged 75 years, passed away just after midnight on the morning of January 31st, 2024, at Waikato Hospital. Loved wife and best friend of Dennis for nearly 52 years. Beloved mum and mother-in-law to Stephen & Ainslie, Pip and Nigel. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of Janet & Des (late), Colin & Heather, Allan & Barbara, Kevin & Shirley, David, and Murray & Sharee. Treasured Nana to Emma, Sophie, Jayme, and Katie. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A service will be held for Joy on Wednesday 7th February 10.30 am at Woolertons’ Funeral Home, 8F Railside Place, Dinsdale, Hamilton 3204. The service will be followed by refreshments. We ask that people arrive prior to this time to ensure everyone is seated before the service starts and leave a message for Joy on her casket.
