Passed away at Hospice Waikato on Sunday 11 February, after a determined 4.5 year battle.  Deeply loved by Warren Lee; Julia, Craig, Lachie & William McCullough; Megan, Sam, Emily & Watkin Banks.  A huge thank you to the hard-working staff at Waikato Hospital & Hospice Waikato.  At Nannette’s request, a series of private family outings are planned.  No flowers please, instead donations to Hospice Waikato would be appreciated.
