SOUTHEE, Lynn Stewart: Peacefully at the family home in the loving presence of family on Thursday 29 February 2024, aged 74 years. Loved husband of Jenny for 40 years. Loved Dad of Carl, Jonny and Braden. Loved father-in-law of Renee, Kat, and Stacey. Loved Poppa of Ollie, Hudson, Jade, Mia, and Clark. Loved brother of Mel, Sonia (dec) and Lou. Loved companion of Lexi and Jazz.

A service to celebrate a life well lived will be held in William Cotton & Sons Chapel, 29 Beattie Street, Feilding on Wednesday 6 March 2024, at 10.30am followed by interment at the Rongotea cemetery. Deepest condolences to Jenny, Carl,Jonny,Braden and the entire family. RIP Lynn. Riding eternally free. I knew Lynn and Jenny during my years in Palmerton North 1978-81. Lynn was our Royal Rangers leader in our teens. He was wild and so much fun. He'd take us tramping and it would be full on rally driving in his 72 corolla, on the gravel roads, 4 wheel drifts through every corner. He would also call me an encourage me when I got prostate cancer. A great and inspirational guy
I only knew Lynn for a short time through the NZGWR and found him a friendly and humors guy. He will be sadly missed. Rest in peace Brother Lynn.
A man of many parts but mostly one of resounding humour. Brother Lynn will be sorely missed. ,R.I.P.
