GRACE Horton Albert (Hort), Passed away, with family by his side on 7 March 2024, aged 82 years. Much loved husband of the late Susan. Loved father and father-in-law of Jason and Terri, Jacquie and partner Campbell. Grandfather of Cody, Mason, Tayla, and Mackenzie. A private cremation will be held.
