I was so sad and shocked to read of Veronica's passing. She was always so energetic and full of joie de vivre. Vee was a Good Woman and I remember her positive influence on St Mary's parish and school. My mum, Doreen McMenamin, always enjoyed her company and her help with parish matters, especially the Sunday notices and magazine. I always thought I would catch up with Vee again and share our funny stories and have a good laugh. Alas, that it not to be. Sending our love and condolences to Iain and the family. I'm so incredibly sorry to hear this sad news. Mum (Rose McGuinn) and I both send our condolences and huge aroha to all the family at this difficult time. I remember a bubbly, vibrant, sincere and energetic woman who always greeted me with a sincere smile at church as a child. I especially remember her smile that time I dyed Chris' hair orange instead of blonde! Rest in absolute peace beautiful lady. Thank you for the light and love you lived in.
