Funeral service held at Collingwood Funeral Home
I feel privileged and humbled to have been Joce's friend, sadly distance and divergent paths meant little contact of late, however, she has had a lasting impact on me RIP lovely lady.
Jocelyn was one of the most amazing people that I have had the privilege of knowing. While being a self-made person and achieving to a very high level, she had the ability to combine her superior intellect with a "down to earth" understanding of any situation. She was a very kind-hearted woman. She will be sadly missed, but I, along with many others, will never forget her.
Jocelyn, you were a gracious and generous colleague, always wise, always welcoming, and often witty. Thank you for your kindness especially when I first began working with you. You will not be forgotten.
Joce You will be forever in our thoughts. You have been a wonderful friend to my sister Jenny thoughout your whole life. Through Jenny I also got to know you, what a pleasure it has been. I also respected you, and admired your intelligence, energy and wisdom. May you now rest in peace. Muz and Sue Willson
