THOMPSON, I Wiria “Katarina”. (Kirk). Peacefully with family by her side at Hospice Southland on Tuesday 19th March 2024. Loved mother of Raewyn, Karwyn, Thomas, Travana*, Leon*, and Leea. Loved nanny, nanny great, and nanny great great. A loved daughter, sister and aunty. Friend to many. A service to celebrate Katarina’s life will be held in the Southland Crematorium Chapel, Rockdale Road, Invercargill on Saturday 23rd March at 1.30pm. Katarina will be resting at her home 283A Queens Drive, Invercargill from lunch time Friday 22 March (on what would have been her birthday) until her service on Saturday.
