Born September 23, 1933. Passed away peacefully on March 21, 2024 at Aria Bay Retirement Village. Beloved wife of the late Hedley Harris Kendall. Mother or Mother-in-law of Sandra, Robynne/Dave, David/Heather, Lyn and the late Philip. Grandmother of Scott and Angela, the late Blair, Rebecca and Oliver, Abbey and Brendan, Hamish, Grace and Jacinta. Great Grandmother of Eloise, Hedley, Lillian, Cameron and soon to be Florence. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's New Zealand online. A small service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at the Dil's Funeral services 185 Schnapper Rock Road Albany Auckland on Monday 25 March 2024 at 2.30pm. A lovely and well thought celebration of "Aunty" Barbara's life. And yes, remember when she stayed with us , with "Uncle Hedley" and' a night of the "Multiple Gins" just before I went off to watch tennis, next day with a sore head, at her beloved Wimbledon (Wasn't Djokovic thank goodness)!
Condolences to the Kendall family. Fond memories of the many holidays and social times with the Kendall, McNutt and MacLeod families.
