Mason, Olive Jean. Passed away peacefully at Rotorua Hospital on 23rd March 2024. Loved dearly by her family and friends. A special thanks to the Care Village, Ngongotaha and the staff at the Rotorua Hospital for their special care and support. The service to celebrate Olive’s life will be held at Collingwood Funeral Home Chapel, 1358 Eruera Street, Rotorua on Wednesday 27th March at 1pm. Sorry I couldn't be there Nana, Tash said it perfectly I'm proud to have such a strong Nana, so many memories and delicious baking, and the memories of wanting to befriend your crazy cat's - who wanted no part of it!! I love you Nana, rest in peace xx
Sorry I couldn't be there to send you off Nana, but it was great to be able to see everyone on live stream and listen to their memories of you. Like Tash said, my fondest memories are of Xmas at Maraetai. These I cherish even more now because now you, grandad, the house and the entire village are gone. So all we have left are memories and a few old Polaroids. Rest in peace Nana
