Funeral service held at Dil's Funeral Services Hibiscus Coast
Dear Nan, It's so hard to say good bye. You have left so many loving memories in all of our hearts. You always greeted us with the biggest smile and the warmest hugs. My favourite memory is walking along the beach with you and Pop collecting sea shells and drift wood. You always took the care and time to make every little moment special. We can all take solace knowing that you are with Pop again. Nan, you will be missed dearly and never be forgotten. We all love you so much! Zac & Asher
Dear nan As sad as it is to say goodbye today, I can still hear your warm and loving voice to give me comfort. I’ll forever cherish the memories of our time together in person or over the phone. We will miss our long chats and hearing about your amazing life. And definitely will miss your cuddles and smelling your cooking. I’ve always felt nothing but love and kindness in your presence and seeing you would always put me at ease. You have touched the hearts of a lot of people and will be greatly missed by all. Love you Nan and rest in peace, Love Maddie and Bea
To our littlest Nana with the biggest heart, the warmest hugs and yummiest food. As we say goodbye today, please know that a goodbye isn’t the end, but a promise to keep your spirit alive in our memories. Nana, you played a big part in my childhood and I can remember so many times sitting in the kitchen and all the tasty dishes you’d prepare, all made with that special kind of Nana’s love. I will forever treasure our early morning cuddles, and endless conversations as we watching the day pass us by. You taught me a lot about love and the meaning of family, and for that I thank you. And as the saying goes, Nana’s hold our tiny hands for just a little while, but our hearts forever. I love you Nana, and although I didn’t get to say it nearly enough as I should have, I hope that you find peace and I will see you again someday with many more stories to tell. Love always, Hannah
Mum you have been a beautiful mum to me, I have always felt very loved and cared for. I will always cherish the times we spent together & all the happy memories we created growing up with you. I loved the times we were able to go fishing and how much joy that brought you as well. You have been a lovely grandmother to my children. Zach, Hannah, Maddison & Codie, who all have very fond memories of the times they spent with you. They loved all the cooking you did with them, in particular the Afghan biscuits and the bacon & egg mini pies which would all be eaten before they hit the table. Lizzie & I loved the special times we spent with you when you visited us in Coffs Harbour. You loved your time sitting out on the deck with us looking at the boats going out and watching the ocean. You also loved us taking you out for dinner to the restaurants at the Jetty and you always liked the Vietnamese restaurant where the owners made a big fuss of you. You and Lizzie had many shopping expeditions and always a coffee and a muffin at Muffin Break. There were also various trips to the Kitchen shop where you would purchase many new cooking gadgets to come home and fill all the tins again. Mum you will be dearly loved & missed by us all. Love you so much. RIP Mum - Ross, Liz, Zach, Hannah, Maddison & Codie
