Tributes

Shan! My oldest friend. We met when we were 10 and were inseparable. Reconnecting with you after having lost touch for so many years made me so happy, and now to lose you breaks my heart. Every time I look at the matching tattoo we got together I think of you. Much love to you and your family, rest in peace.

How do you say goodbye to 25 years of friendship, they say blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family, that was you all over. Every good time and bad will be remembered, not with regret but with a smile as the memory will be as of you. You will never be forgotten in the silences of our hearts, your memory will echo in our souls while we draw breath, Love Debbie and Bill Burrows.

Many happy memories of Shanley , & Christy when they were younger. We can remember Fireworks at 🏡home in Birkenhead, & going to town to see The Farmer's Parade. They were good mates. We send our love from my sister Leigh whose daughter was also Shanley, Christy & Dani send their 💕 love from Australia, as do Nick & myself. Xx

I remember your beautiful smile and how gently and softly spoken you always were. I just wish we could have had more of those visits to New Zealand. You graced the world with three beautiful angels, Chris, Melissa and Sam. So, thank you and you will always have a place in our hearts, Bulelwa, Graeme, Emanuel and Solomon.

Shan - our hearts are broken! I remember the very first hug you gave me and how you said how glad you were that your brother and I had found each other. I will miss your hugs the most! There was so much love and warmth in them! We love you so much. Rest in peace, beloved sis! Xx xx xx

We have known Shanley as a young girl, from when we were neighbours in the 1980s. Shanley, you were well loved by all of your family throughout the years. You will be missed. May you rest in peace now. God bless. ❤️
