Very sorry about Gordon, Betty. Have enjoyed knowing & meeting with you both since the Kaipara Flats days. Love to you and the family from all our family
Sad to hear another link to our time in Kaipara Flats has gone. Gordon and you, Betty were a very memorable part of out time and experiences of living in that community. I know Neil & Gordon loved to get together and chat. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Betty.
My thoughts are with you and your family Betty.. I have fond memories of my time working with you and Gordon collecting eggs.
Highly respected and fondly remembered fellow chook farmer. Our sincere condolences to Betty and family. Brian and Margaret Leach
How time slips away - I first met Gordon and Betty when I worked at Barrons Grocers, Gordon did some of the deliveries for them, and I worked in the shop, Betty and the girls were regular customers each week. As time has gone on we ran into each other at the RSA, and other local events. Dean and I will remember Gordon and our thoughts are with Betty and the family at this sad time. He has gone but memories will always be there. Dean and Marjorie Blythen
I wasn't sure what the expectations would be when I first met Gordon to discuss his his requirements about the care of his gardens but it didn't take long for the laughter to cover any awkwardness I felt. We had some really great discussions about this and that with laughter forever present. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to help Gordon and Betty in their garden. I'm really sorry we didn't get to complete a few projects that were coming up. Rest in peace my friend you will always be in my heart Frances
