Lovely memories of a kind and gentle lady, best wishes to Laurel and family, sincerely, Jan Whaley
I am so glad we had a chance to meet you, Auntie Betty, you are always in our thoughts. I was proud to have you at our wedding 5 years ago and loved hearing about your adventures. You will be missed. Lots of love Carrol-anne, Brian, Tara-lee and Daniel
Betty was a wonderful woman! She was always so warm and friendly. And I always enjoyed asking her about the next adventure. We were lucky to have the chance to catch up again recently and we had a good chat about books and their authors. I don't think I have ever seen someone looking so comfortable and loved as Betty did on that visit.
To Our Beloved Sister We do not weep in sadness for you, for you are all around us whenever we open us hearts to look & listen. You will be sorely missed by all of Klaebe, White & Halas Family (Caloundra, Australia).
For years and years and years we attended many great family events at the Crengles, Lois and Johns place. Betty was always there and formed part of the family. We had very interesting chats with Betty, so young at heart, so full of beans and experienced life to the full. She really was just one of the family. Such a delightful ‘character’, Betty will be seriously missed at the next family gathering. From the Seekups from Mairangi Bay
