Sadly, and unexpectedly passed away on 26th April 2024. Survived by her much loved husband Max. Much loved mum to Aaron, Nicole and Kyle, proud and treasured Nana to Karl, Ashley, Aleisha, Taylor, Jesse and Mitchell. Cherished and special Great Nana to Thomas, Frankie, Cypress and Georgie. Special thanks to the St Johns Dargaville Paramedics and Cherie from The Lakes Retreat at Kai Iwi Lakes. A service for Jacki will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Thursday 2 May at 12.00 pm.
