PEARSE, Catherine Mary - On 6th May 2024 peacefully surrounded by her family, aged 70 years. Loving wife of Graeme for 50 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Desiree, Richard and Emma, and Michael and Emma. Beloved Granny of Reon, Ashton, Luther and Archie. Also know as Mrs P, Catherine or Gran to generations of new entrant children at Cornwall Street School and Douglas Park School for over 30 years. A service to celebrate Catherine’s life will be held at Rosewood, 415 Queen Street Masterton on Saturday 11th May at 11.00am followed by private cremation. Please wear something bright to the service.

My heart is breaking. Such a shock to everyone. You have been an amazing inspiration to me with all your years of advice, your listening ear and guidance. Always there when I needed an ear. You know more about mysel,children and their children than so many . Our covid buddies. I always knew my house and pets were safe in your hands. I will miss our chats over the fence. Thank you for everything you have done for me, it's been a privilege to have had you in my life for the past 30 years. Rest in peace. Xoxo
