We will never forget your smile and your soft, gentle hugs. You taught us how to make apple crumble and how to construct a scrapbook. You encouraged us to read to you, helping us become better. You always protected us from John and his endless teasing. Our 6:30 p.m. dates and endless chats about anything and everything meant the world to us, and showed you always had time for us. You truly lived up to your name - our other grandma. Dear John- stay strong, keep on smiling that toothless smile.
