Sad to hear of Ivan’s passing , a great friend of my Mum and Dad ( Cappy and Pat Caspersen ). Lots of great memories ,great friends , partied hard and had fun all the time . My condolences to the Hobbs family , Ivan was indeed really neat person .

My condolences to Colleen Carey Sheryn and Families. The ODowda Family via the late Bob were my early acquaintances when I moved to NP in 1965! Accordingly Ivan was included in that Family. Colleen and family-lovely to see you today! We've all lost a mate and whitebaiter and an all round good guy. He was great company on the river and we shared a heap of lies (and truths) and although he hadn't been whitebaiting for some time he was sorely missed when he stopped fishing. However, Carey you are the legacy to carry on the tradition. RIP Ivan.
