Dobbo will be so missed, what a great send off you guys all gave him, so many awesome memories of a great friend to so many. I Could feel Super Sue in the hall she would have been so proud of her boys, as you said Steven, Dobbo back with her and your dad now a small consolation but may help with your grief. Take care lots of love Maree and Brent
To the Dobson family we send our condolences to you all . The Kissick Family Poplar grove
Robert Dobson, very sad to hear of your departure. Way to soon bro. You had the cheek to match the physique and most likely the funniest man i have ever met. You could make anyone laugh without saying a word and were a caring and empathetic soul, with mad bball skills. Sending my thoughts to Bryan, Stephen and the family.
Sending love during this hard time for the Robson family. Robert Dobson, a firm Frankley School friend and no matter how much time passed you would always greet as though none had and with genuine warmth. You were in every first sport team I was in, cricket, miniball, rugby at lunchtimes and then epic high school parties. Many memories to cherish xx
Still hard to believe, that you’ve been called back home for what feels far too soon. Much love and respect to you and to the Dobson whanau; (your bothers, sister-in-laws and kiddies).
Too hard Robert...so many memories at Barriball ...your mum has you safe now but sending ❤️ to your brothers....too soon boy xx
Thoughts are with the Dobson family. Robby, hard to put into words - what an incredible person without a doubt the most kindest, caring person always had the best yarns. Will cherish the old school printed photos xx
Rob, mate the news of your passing simply blew me away. It was a pleasure to spend time working with you on projects, your love and your caring for your patients was immense. With your wit and that cheeky smile you will light up the heavens. Rest in peace mate..
Special memories at Roto growing up. A home away from home. Many great times with the Dobsons. My love to Bryan, Stephen and their families. I will remember Robert’s big smile. There was always plenty of quality banter between the boys and Sue. Give her a big hug for me. Rest in peace mate, gone too soon.
Deeply saddened to learn you have passed away Robert. You were such a fun guy to have in the classroom as were your two brothers Bryan and Steve. My thoughts go out to them and their families. Please say’hi’ to Mum and Dad and your amazing grandparents. Kevin Archer
Rob, I can’t believe you’re gone. You were such an amazing team mate, I loved working with you. So many laughs were had, no one else could pull off a coconut Bra and hula skirt quite like you. You were a huge support to me when I needed it and I’ll never forget that. Rest in love, arohanui to your whanau x
