Surrounded by her loving family at Te Whatu Ora Taranaki on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 aged 91. Loved mum and mother-in-law of Adrian & Susan. Adored Gran Marie of Michael, John, and Anthony. Great grandmother of Kaia. Loved Sister of Rai, Dennis, Maurice, Leo, Dawn and Diane. Loved aunt of her many nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Kura’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Friday 17 May 2024 at 10:30 followed by her burial at Awanui Cemetery.

It was an honour to have known Dr Kura Taylor for so many years as a fellow Director of Ngahina Developments, located in Paraparaumu. Her contributions to the comany's sucess were massive. achieve a Doctorate so much later in life was a major achievement. Kura was also inducted into the Hrowhenu Kapiti Business Hall of Fame
