My heart is with you, Janice & Family. After loosing our house 1941, we moved in to Brian's home for 18 months. My brother Lloyd died age 1 day in May 1941, & Brian became my life-line! 1943/4, I gained two sisters, Beverley & Annette. When I was 13, I sang a solo in our church panto & the applause was deafening. I changed my clothes & went out to see the audience leaving, towards the end was Brian with a crowd of pals from his new Grammar School!!! Hence the applause. Later Brian became a scouter & I a guider, so we sometimes got together for joint activities. Great times! December 2022 on Facebook:- "Hi Janet. So nice to hear from you. Yes it seems a long time since we were babies in the same bath in the kitchen at Tower Cotts. Folks would say we are queer if we say that too loud now!! Love to you. Brian."

Grandad, I thankyou for the memories we shared, i remember coming to your farm as a kid and exploring with my Brother Sam and sister Indi. I am grateful i got to have a good chat to you earlier this year. Im sorry i am not here with you today but you will forever be in our hearts and mind Lots of love, Jordy
