FRANCIS, Edward George (Ted): Ted passed away peacefully on the 1st June 2024 in Feilding, aged 93 years young. Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Catherine & John (deceased), Elizabeth, Tim & Tralee, Andrew & Sandra, Vivien & Dave, Charmaine, and Penelope & Gavin. Treasured Grandad and Pop to his 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Ted was the oldest child of the late Molly and George (Mac) Francis, much loved big brother and brother in law to his brothers and sisters, and uncle to his many nieces and nephews. We will all miss your witty sense of humour, the numerous stories and your positive outlook on life. A celebration of Ted’s life will be held at St John’s Anglican Church, High Street Dannevirke on Friday 7th June 2024, at 11am, followed by an interment at the Mangatera Cemetery.
