HIDE, Desmond Ernest, QFSM:
Peacefully passed away on Friday May 31, 2024 aged 93 years, after a short illness.
Des was a dearly loved husband to Bet, adored father of Mike & Kathy and father-in-law of Diane, Granddad Des of Thomas & Liv, and Lachlan & Rose, and a great-granddad of Adeline and Everley. Our sincere thanks to the staff at Oxford Hospital, for their care of Des. Messages the Hide Family c/- PO Box 35 Rangiora 7440. A celebration of Des’ life will be held in the Cust Community Centre, Mill Road Cust on Tuesday June 11, at 11am.
