Bereavement Panui on behalf of the Shannon Whanau, regarding the passing of their beloved Colin Shannon, who sadly passed away on Monday 3rd June 2024 in Auckland. Colin is currently laying in state at the Whanau Whare in Glendene, where he will remain for the duration of his tangihanga. Whanau have advised that there will be a service at Haven Falls Funeral Home, 3 View Road, Henderson, commencing at 11am, on Monday 10th June 2024. Followed by a private cremation.

I served in the Navy and played in the Navy Rugby League side with Col. One of the funniest people i have ever met and absolute one of a kind. Also a true and loyal friend . I’ll never forget you Mate. Whenever I catch up with ex Navy your name always comes up and we have a laugh and remember the good times we had. Rest easy my Bro. Love Rob Russell(Robbie)
