It is with a heavy heart that we announce on behalf of our whanau, the passing of our Big brother Stephen Rangitaawa Te Whatu. Brother of Sonia, Rodney, Marie & Louise. Much loved of son to the late Kerry Mervin Rangitaawa Te Whatu & Wamie Jeanette (Tangira) Te Whatu-Honegirl. Uncle to Stevie ,Tania , Bradley , Harmony & Matua. Cherished Koro to Aubrey, Brady, Quincy, Ranger, Armani, Kingdom, Ina, Julius, & Haven. Also loved Cousin too many to count, (tvs weren’t invented back then obviously) and friend on his good days ..said with aroha. Brother Stephen will lay in state at Gateway Funeral Services in Kawerau, where he will lay for 2 nights.
