I'm sad to read of the passing of Auntie Genia. One of my fondest memories was having Auntie Genia picking me up from the Rotorua airport in her little car and staying with her and Uncle Karl for a week in the school holidays. Then one morning waking up and having to round up all the neighbors sheep out of the garden. Auntie Genia was a little lady but with a huge heart and she always made me feel special and loved. Rest in peace beautiful Auntie xx

Gen was a lovely lady and a very good friend. I will miss her and our regular Friday lunches. Through Gen I met her son Tony and daughter-inlaw Sandra to whom I offer my deepest sympathy, love and support. I have many fond memories. May she rest in peace. Mary Peina
